NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of September, 2019 in accordance with, ACA § 14-22-101 et set., bids will be accepted for “Cubic Yard Concrete Work” for the Road Department of Saline County, Arkansas. Specifications regarding the bid may be obtained at the Saline County Purchasing Office or online at salinecounty.org. All bids must be received in the office of the Saline County Purchasing, Saline County Courthouse, Room 116, 200 N. Main St., Benton, no later than 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 10, 2019 where they will be opened and read aloud.

The Saline County Judge shall have the right to reject any and all bids received.
