SAFETY FIRST- TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN!

Numerous Saline County roads are flooded with water running over them today.

Saline County has received a lot of rain, more than normal, and some culverts and

ditches cannot handle that amount of rain all at once.  The following roads were

closed this morning due to water being over the road:

 E. AVILLA, SAMPLES & ZUBER ARE NOW OPEN.

CLOSED: GOOSEPOND, SHAW BRIDGE, HOLLY CREEK, AND TULL BRIDGE AREA.

There will probably be more roads closed before the rain ends.  Please be

careful driving.  If water is over a road, do not drive through it, take an alternate route.
