NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of April, 2017 in accordance with, ACA § 14-22-101 et. seq., bids will be accepted for “HVAC-Retrofit Package Unit at the Saline County Health Department” for the Maintenance Department of Saline County, Arkansas.  Specifications regarding the bid may be obtained at the Saline County Purchasing Office.  All bids must be received in the office of the Saline County Purchasing Specialist at the Saline County Courthouse, Room 116, 200 N. Main St., Benton, no later than 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 24, 2017 where they will be opened and read aloud. 

The Saline County Judge shall have the right to reject any and all bids received.
