Sec. 74-1. Additional marriage license fee.
In addition to fees and taxed not charged, a fee of $5.00 is levied on each application for marriage license. Such fee shall be collected by the county clerk at the time the license is issued. All fees collected under the provisions of this section shall be credited by the county treasurer to the county general account and shall be appropriated y the quorum court as provided by law.
