Sec. 26-1. Smoking restricted.
(a) The use of any tobacco product is prohibited inside any enclosed area of any building owned by the county.
(b) The county judge shall post signs at each entrance to the buildings and at all other places which he deems necessary in his discretion to enforce this section.

Sec. 26-2. Sale of hospital restricted.
The sale of the Saline Memorial Hospital is prohibited except by referendum of the people of the county.
